You seem to suggest that MDGC paid Equititrend with shares of stock, do you have any information that is actually the case?

external Investor Relations (IR) firms hired by OTC penny stock companies, most of which are paid in company shares to promote that company's stock.

Equititrend, MediaG3's IR firm, is an example of such an OTC extenal IR firm.

I know from speaking to Equititrend that it only receives the pre-prepared PRs from MDGC and plays no part in the drafting. I believe MDGC received favorable terms from Equititrend for access to its list of shareholders for solicitation purposes as I have been contacted about other stocks on numerous occasions.
