Ok, so you're basing your failed dewatering system comments on information that's 4 years old. We'd all like a simple answer to the question: "Is the current geotube process a failed dewatering system?" No tap dancing, just a simple "yes" or "no" with factual evidence would do.

I did noticed that you used the past tense,"They did indeed have a failed dewatering system," and then shifted to the present, "hence the need for the current process of dewatering."

You don't need a straight jacket, but maybe holding your feet to the fire would help.
