Very low o/s, super low market cap, and the company has some ongoing contracts from my understanding. All this equals sudden and decisive explosion. I think that sometime, and soon, we will all wake up and see RBSY trading at .10. All they need to do, imho, is make one announcement regarding their ongoing operations.
