In regards to the proposed increase in AS, these are my thoughts.

We don't know if it is good , bad or neutral. You can either trust the CEO not to dilute on not. If you don't trust him, sell and move on.

For the time being, I am holding.

Is there potential for major dilution? Yes. It is a major issue for most micro caps, and we all know that.

Do I like seeing this possible increase? No. Anyone who does is not being honest with themselves. All the benign reason for the increase are valid. However, the longs have to trust the shares will not be used for dilution.

I believe in the product and technology. That is why I am here and holding.
