Maybe, but it can't be by much. Tweet from the company on July 5 & 6 says 800K and that date is after the one listed on otcmarkets for the O/S and A/S! Plus, the stock has barely traded since July. It was down 70% on Friday, so a bounce is inevitable. I also think news is coming this week.
