If you really look, Dane Peterson never denied that 'Yamana' Gold was buying them out @ '$4.50'/share. He only denied that 'Yumana' Gold was buying them out @'$4.00'/share. Is this important or just an honest error????

Could really lead one to speculate and my heart starts pounding @ the thought of it>>>>> which just may be another reason behind it...just to get people thinking of that possibility, to sell more shares...

Could be an angel or a demon here..can't quite see it clearly yet...;^{)

and let me add...you know their office was flooded with calls and emails stating that they spelled Yamana wrong and that the share price was actually $4.50 so why didn't they put out a correction PR????

I really don't even want to go there, cuz it brings a lot of false hopes, but I think it's worthy to take a look at , at least.
