I agree with you on this one. Each subsid that is owner fully by RCC would be a sole subsidiary of RCC. Sole subsidiary does not mean the only subsid rather only one owner of the the subsid as opposed to being a part owner. IMO. Considering all the issues this one is stupid to argue about.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
