The reason why IMO GSML is a strong candidate here to get Mayan is the $26M in NOL's which is a $10.5M deferred tax asset.

Also, the fact that Mayan has got the link to the GSML shell on its website is more than interesting.

Like I said, not only myself, but whoever else buys in here next week, write current GSML managment and present Mayan Gold to them. Let them know we'd like them to R/M Mayan as its basically a ready-made transaction to bring GSML to $100M+ in net worth with very little put down up front....
