It seems that a former VP who is following the company closely (as alleged in the complaint) would definitely have the capability for the following:

"Further, in order to "interfere" in GOSY's business, a person must (sic) do so specifically. He must be aware of an actual business or potential business relationship and persuade that other company to terminate its contract or discussions with GOSY. "
