$SDSS is a one of a kind company that other companies would like to change that fact. the technology is being sort after and because this company has a lock on the tech others that have an interest are closely following it and I don't doubt that down the line they will be either bought out or merged. Its easier to buy them then try to develop something equal to or better then them. JMO
