Yes, the SEC is now taking this NI 43-101 use by US companies VERY seriously, since so many of them are completely bogus and used only for stock promotion purposes. It is long overdue, but at this point any US company that even talks about an NI 43-101 report is drawing serious SEC attention.

I might have the information on small scale permits in my Mexico files. I will have to look. The Mexico projects I deal with are not small scale.

Regarding the CRWV property, we KNOW from multiple sources there is "high-grade" outcrops on the property. It would not be difficult to spend some time with some basic equipment and recover a few tons of material for show. You could ship that material off to a smelter and get some nice numbers, but overall it is meaningless. What we also know is that it appears from the work performed by prior operators is that the high-grade material does NOT appear to extend at any great depth at all. Taking the limited assays from the narrow veins and extrapolating those numbers across the property is ridiculous, but that is an error that unknowledgeable resource investors often make (and unscrupulous stock promoters use to pump a stock)
