I know for fact that smelter needs processed ore which means that you need extraction process to be completed. So first you need a heavy equipment to crush rocks to tiny particles. Then you need separate rocks from AU using either chemical processing or other. Usually all thie mining equipment cost milions of dollars. I dont know if they have any mining processing in place, i dont see permit to start mining. I dont believe they have knowledge
IMO
