I also, have read all the filings. IMO, they stated that in the previos 8K with the new lawyer.



New lawyer? Sorry but the already have a lawyer, Darrell Whitley, and they paid him with 8,000,000 shares of TMSH stock, but he is not a corporate lawyer.
