EVXA - The News Never stops. Just through the news wire - Barrick just concluded a JV deal with Atna Resources in the - You Guessed it - NEVADA area.

If you analyze the deal. Pertains to 120,000 Oz and a 12% ownership by Barrick into Atna.
Obviously Atna did not have the $$ to buy the mine so they partnered and are sharing the outcome.

In my feeling, EVXA may conclude such a deal with a group who have the land deed and lic. to mine.

Monday will be bigger and perhaps really big.
