So Emaxer's what is the best case scenario on the locked shares, and can you supply an example of the another similar case?

For instance "it's not an issue... it happened with XYZ Corp due to xxxx and the trading resumed in 2 days".

Let me just say this... there is no TA now, it's the SEC that is in there!!! The TA is locked out of it's offices as part of these legal proceedings! And the SEC is investigating the TA's books! You all know this don't you? It was in the SEC PR last week. So when you hear the TA is locking the shares, what really is happening is that it's likely the SEC that is doing this!!!

Remember when I said the SEC being in there was the best news I have heard in a long time? Now you might be starting to understand why!

I am hoping to get an SEC version of the EMXC float and O/S out of this! Should be REAL interesting!

I said last week where there is smoke there is fire...well guess what...the smoke is getting too thick to even see!!!
