Mr Imcat, I think this is being blown out wack.

I also think that the selling of those shares started yesterday.

Everytime someone placed a bid above a penny it got hit right away. IMO after calling the company and talking to the T/A that the only new shares that have hit the float are some that came of restriction.

Even at 29M float it is a low float play.

I can also tell you that in my travels I have seen many things. There is now and will be a huge need for the Helios units.

If TMSH does things right, TMSH can be big sucess in the near future.

As far as the debt wrap goes (private placement) those are pretty good terms. I have seen much worse in pennyland.

I am a buyer today, and will be for a while at these LOW prices.
