The 'Mexican deal'. From TSTC IHub board, 2 Sept.

"The Mexican deal is with Telmex/America Movil, the largest mobile phone company in Latin America.
Telestone has said that the deal is expected to happen. It is for 100,000 square feet of buildings.

And in response to burrpps question if the deal will happen, on
18 Aug. a response from choateandharvard;

"its GOING to happen. I know someone close to it all and its very close to happening and if its a go....its HUGE in size ."

And in closing, a forward PE of 1 is low even for these beaten down, untrusted, Chinese stocks. But this one with offices in 28 countries and lots of non-China sales is very likely able to overcome the 'smell' from the other China stock problems.
