Bob, on THK I wanted to point out a slight error in your statement:

"THK finally bounced off the bottom at $2 and is 2.27 today after announcing two more accretive purchases."

They announced a line of credit today of 15MM that will allow them to fulfill the terms of the Vintacom and Real Estate Online acquisitions announced way back on April 4, 2005:
