CGFIA-What many don't seem to realize is, we already are approved by the DRMS for the permit.
I don't mean to say that we have it in hand, Yet! But there is zero chance that we will not get it. At this time it's just paperwork-(filing the Amendment). That will happen when the Dry Stack design is finished, Next week, IMO
You just have to read all the DD and it's right there. A Treasure Map to Approval by the DRMS. And Colorado Goldfields has followed that Map Right to the X That Marks the spot. Here's what I'm babbling about.
"Revise the Permit" -Which is the Amendment and almost completed
"dismantle the facility or secure a new containment facility"- We have a New Containment Facility
"until the subject amendment has been approved" - This statement goes back to revise the permit and secure a new containment facility.
"the required financial warranty has been accepted" - This has been done
-Detailed engineering data from material testing and drilling logs of the holes will provide information necessary to ensure the design of a stable facility for permanent storage of mill tailings from the Pride of the West Mill.
-This design will be the key component of Colorado Goldfields' permit amendment to be submitted to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
This is Win Win situation. The Data determines the design for approval. Let me explain!
If the data says one thing, the New Containment Facility is designed that way for Approval-WIN!
If the data says another thing, The New Containment Facility is designed that way for Approval-WIN!
This is not a reach, the logical direction is Mapped out and has been Logically Followed.

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
