I just called OTC and they said there is no exception, they don't just review something for anyone. They said if the company wants it to be looked at then they submit the forms and they show up almost instantly on OTCMarkets and then if something needs fixing they request for the company to resubmit. He said the limited information should have been tagged already so not sure why that isn't the case if they are late in their filing. Therefore, Dr. Dab has some serious explaining to do to shareholders. Please feel free to contact OTCMarkets and inquire about this process.
