Investor question about symbol changes...

My Aunt bought stock when this was Boundry Bay (BBRE...i think), then it changed to Wave Tech. and now eMamba...

my question is what was the conditions of all these changes? Was there a split..a reverse split or what? She did watch her stocks very closly and is now relying on me to figure it out...any help would be great. Thanks.
