Turn144, sorry dont have PM, too cheap!!:) Overall I am not disappointed in the 8k, i think there are some very solid things in there, the new players are very important...there are somethings i am leary of but this is business and to me it seems like all of the parties got a little something in this deal

Remember this could have been a LOT WORSE for the shareholders...overall I think we were protected in the short term and everyone will have to decide how long they are willing to wait on the new company to produce real revenues....these revenues will drive the PPS.....

This may now be a 1 or 2 year investment...
