EVXA - Three very good aspects to strive toward. Mr Cheney will most likely bring about a clearer, more transparent Enviroxtract. As we can already see with the share reduction. Even the share reduction is going to take time. As to whether it will have an immediate impact on PPS, I believe the share reduction will help in the future.
As to a merger, Creationworks was the only merger in 2011 to date. Although the outcome of the Cretionworks merger is not yet disclosed in full, I believe we as share holders will benefit from new opportunities, using the Enviroxtract technology. Again, this is a future PR and away from the current objective of using the Enviroxtract technology for gold and precious metal mining.
Full reporting is becoming more of the norm on the Pinks. It creates a sense of transparency, confidence and interest with the shareholders and future investors. I am sure Mr. Cheney sees the same merits of full reporting.
If all these three aspects were fulfilled and being implemented today, we would already see a PPS in excess of >.10. Not the case. Could happen soon.
Never say never to a spike in price.
