The solution is simple...

If you don't like the tax deductions that property owners receive that's OK with me... Get rid of them... Less government involvement will make for a more productive real estate environment. Just look what the idiots on the left have created in the current housing bust.

Rents will adjust accordingly... I don't have a problem with that.
