I think Frank realized the wine he DID sell was the most profitable of his myriad of products and decided it would be best to concentrate on this product.

The reason why CGI decided to work with Frank is because he has distribution channels and knowledge to sell products throughout mainland China.

With Frank's connections and CGI's knowledge of California wines this is a sure money maker!!!
