Dean submits a protocol to the FDA , OH NO !!!!!Dean is way above every other company to follows the FDA protocol, Dean has to send them his own protocol...he is so special....
BTW , what happened to the consultant that was suppose to do all the PR, the submittal and be FDA expert as stated by Dean???? where are they?? did they advise Dean to send his OWN protocol?? I doubt it..
