the day we get PFS event 190 we are about ten weeks from the data report of the DMC( you can glean this from the last conf call)...event 190 could happen ANY DAY NOW and I cant tell you when.
IF it happens tomorrow you are looking at almost Christmass. CEO was very specific in conf call he is going to double check everything before he will give it to DMC and Estimates that work will take them 8 of the 10 and the DMC itself may take 2 to get their work done..........if it takes 10 for mgmt and 2 for the DMC which IS NOT an unreasonable delay for a first time filing NDA company....then you would scare the hell out the Jan opt expiration date. I hold JANs and expect them to profit from the PFS 190 announcement ALONE...that is my game and I dont reccommend it to any novice players. If an investor want to play the DMC report...to be safe they HAVE TO OWN the APRs
