WNRC could have put out "MAJOR" news today and would have got the same volume and then we'd all be sitting here going..."What's next?" I give this 2-3 more PRs before we get the real meat and potatoes. For now, This news was a glass of water and a menu. Next one will be salad and a glass of wine...hopefully followed soon by the MAIN COURSE! --- By then there should be some appetite for WNRC.

Once quarterlies are done he'll want to make sure things are in lined EVERY quarter...and yes, remove the stop sign. Then get shareholders in.
