Ref: 480,000 >< .4grams = 192,000 grams, divided by 31.1 to convert to ounces = 6173 ounces per year. I know it is over 6,000 but my original question, which you fail to realize is why the range 6000-12000 was released.

I was wrong in using the 480,000 cubic yards. Wolverine has correctly pointed out that the updated figure should be 540,000 yards (810,000 tons of ore). That works out to almost 7000 ounces produced under the existing permit. That certainly meets their estimate of between 6-12000 ounces.

No, I don't know that the range of estimate should have been tighter than what they gave us. I have never been responsible for providing investors guidance from a publicly held company.

Management appears to have correctly estimated the numbers so I don't have a complaint. I like the company quite a bit and think they are one of the most transparent Penny stocks around.
