I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Karen of the RB Team regarding the sorry state of affairs with them allowing
all the nonsense that goes on there. She basically told me that they were aware of complaints but were simply unable to cover all the boards with the scrutiny serious investors wanted. The seemingly never-ending return of the worst of the bashers was in many cases due to them changing IP addresses as well as aliases. Her recommendation was to have everyone (long) who wanted greater action taken against these posters, to write a letter to [e-mail] voicing overall complaints regarding the service (or lack thereof). If enough longs were to echo the same sentiments, she said that higher management would definitely be consulted. BTW, she did sound sincere but overwhelmed.
