Here is a question to all the veteran pink traders.
Have you seen anything like this before? An acquisition that takes 7 plus months?
Maybe we are looking at it all wrong.? What if Kuni is trying to keep the PPS down, to do a share buy back at the same time as the closing of the acquisition? Could Kuni be rolling the buyback costs into the acquisition? If the financials were very good from Q2 then that would provide a good reason for the delay in the release of Q2 results. Just some questions thrown out there.
