GSML Basic DD & Possible Mayan Gold R/M Candidacy

Facts

1) A/S is 150M, O/S is ~85M Float is ~38M as of September 30, 2008, and at last business a R/M with Mayan Gold was in the works here in 2008

Here is the link to the last GSML financials stating so, along with a purchase agreement for Mayan Gold ($60M for 51% back in 2008)

Here is a link to the conference call going over the details:

Here is Mayan Gold today, its still private, and still wants to become public:

2) The R/M failed in early 2009 as GSML could not come up with the money needed, and the GSML managment of the time, left

3) GSML has about ~10M in NOL's, which if applied to any revenue, would be about a $3.5M asset and attractive to any company with revenue/profit looking for a R/M.

NOL's page 17 here:

4) New management is in. GSML is a shell at the moment, with business PR'd Sept 1, 2011 to be moving in. Not sure which business yet, at least officially anyway.

5) To this day, and even though Mayan has partnerships with River Hills and Mustang Alliance who they sold some of their claims too, GSML and its former website are linked to Mayan Gold at the bottom of the webpage.

Current Speculative Ties TO GSML

1) Since Mayan Gold has only one mine left, its main mine in Clavo Rico, which has been producing about 150 ounces of gold now for 5 years, they continue to want to go puclic with it at value in excess of $100M

2) In September 2010, Mayan Gold tried another attempt at a R/M. This time with Razor. They sold out to Razor, and announced they plan to be doing 500 ounces of gold per month, targeting 1000 ounces of gold/month after that.

3) Then, this past May 2011, Mayan announced that the deal with Razor fell through, again, another company that could not come up with the money to make the deal final. The deal falling through has now left Mayan open for a R/M.

4) Then, in July 2011, 2 months ago, yet another update from Mayan announcing the increased capacity will be ready for Q4 2011 and they have done it on their own, but still want to go public.

5) Here is where it gets really interesting. Since Mayan Gold is now again looking to go public after the Razor deal fell through in May, you'll note that any news in 2011 has been taken down off of the Mayan Gold website. Its all cached now? When did that occur? I had been looking at the Mayan Gold website for a while and the news was on the website this summer until, on September 1, 2011 they began making changes. September 1, 2011 is the very same day that GSML announced it will be getting back into business. Check whois below for the latest activity on the Mayan Gold website and you'll see, as of now, the last updates, September 1, 2011.

6) The final piece of spec info is the new GSML President Torsten Leines. Any search on who he is shows that he works in the Capital Markets Industry (raises cash)

7) I may have the wrong Torsten, but I think not. There is only 1 guy in the whole U.S. named Torsten Lienes, and my search shows he is 36, and has moved a few times in the last 10 years between different capital market jobs. IMO, it is quite possible he is the next in line to take a stab at getting this Mayan Gold R/M done. At this point, Mayan may not need cash at all, and may be looking for just stock in a public company. Stay tuned.
