So where did the "money" go from Rico's previous run ups of shares prior to the last two reverse splits?

Most companies go public to raise money but they don't reverse split their investors out (twice). This only happens here in pinkyland and Rico has become an "Expert" at raising cash from unsuspecting investors then R/S'ing them out.
