I understand many investors here are angry as shares were purchased at a much higher PPS then it is currently at… but if you ran a company, that’s only revenue is the PPS of its stock, and your shareholders were bad mouthing your decisions and direction (be them valid or not) – which may cause unease with other shareholders causing them to sell their holdings, increasing the supply vs. the demand and thus reducing the PPS… requiring you to liquidate more shares than expected to acquire more concessions to build the company’s overall value… you might get bent too.

I’m not saying a CEO should rage at the shareholders, but I understand (if he really is trying to grow the company) how it could frustrate him.

Just my opinion – but as far as you know I wear tissue boxes on my feet and keep my toe nail clippings in a jar by my bed.
