I don't disagree with either of you, gentlemen, but I think you are mistaken about where the $500,000 came from. HNSS issues 100mil shares at par, $10,000, then convinces a company to trade stock and debt for the shares at $0.01 per share. While the deal was a while in the making, it closed on June 24, the day the first PR came out about the buyout. Check the sales that afternoon and the O/S on that day. No way 135mil shares would sell in minutes when the O/S is 155mil. Later, when the buyout results are published, the O/S is 263mil.

BTW, those 100mil shares would have restrictions on them from both parties. From HNSS would come a limitation on when they could be sold, effectively voting them against the buyout. That is an automatic 38% no vote. Think the strategy of the scenario above through with that in mind and....
