Parkin should be very "in reach", he still answers his cell phone. Even the SEC should be able to have that tracked. I am going to have my son look into what my options might be, if any. Scottrade sold me counterfit shares, which I still hold in my Scottrade account. A Market Maker sold them to Scottrade, can Scottrade go after them? And with Russia so keen on getting the world to invest in Russia, perhaps some properly addresses letters are in order. eik, if you read this can you suggest where I might start with the "Russian" connection please. Even if it wont do any good it might make them think a little next time. It is also possable that Parkin scammed the Russians, perhaps they thought what he did was legal, I doubt they called him up and said "hey, can you illeagaly hijack us a pinky please?", he was paid very well. I am not trying to defend the Russians, but Parkin is reachable and if the thing can be totally blaimed on him we might be able to sue him, maybe??? I wonder if investors in the other stocks listed in the SEC shut down would like to join up in a "flood the SEC" campain?

any thoughts from AURC share holders out there? If you are here to say "i told you so", or "LOL", save it for your friends in your kindergarden class. This was a real crime, if we can not trust the SEC to protect us from such simple to avoid scams then the SEC has no business running such an important government agency.
