Here's some interesting reading I came across tonight. Typed in Viper Networks into google and went through all the hits that looked like something new or I hadn't heard about. Please look at the dates of some of these, as they are not very current but interesting to see. Seems google updated something to get all these hits coming when they didn't used to be there:

http://paragonnational.com/news.htm May 4, 2011 the EKG glove thing looks like it's a winner. Paragon expects $40M in nine years.

http://www.vipernetworks.co.za/ URL is interesting. Content doesn't appear related to our VPER.

Have you ever looked up Viper Networks on LinkedIn or Facebook?

Just a reminder that "Viper Networks’ projected revenues for fiscal 2010 would essentially double to estimated revenues in excess of $100 million next year.” http://www.pinksheetstocksblog.com/2009/10/09/viper-networks-vper-announces-expansion-of-us-headquarters/

http://www.euroinvestor.co.uk/news/story.aspx?id=10197549 Guess this is still around. Company is still in biz: http://www.greenbiosolutions.com/products.html

http://company-profile.reportlinker.com/o0200015/Viper-Networks-Inc-.html $250 for a report on VPER! dated May 2011. Only takes 166,667 shares of VPER to pay for that report at price of .0015/share.

http://pdf.marketpublishers.com/329/viper_networks_inc_swot_analysis_bac.pdf This report is $500!

Classic example of "whatever happened with....?" is at http://www.centurisoft.com/news.htm and reads "June 19, 2003 Viper/Coliance to build IP/PSTN Network Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) announced today that it’s 40% owned subsidiary, Coliance Communications, Inc., has signed a formal Letter of Intent to build an IP/PSTN network with CenturiSoft Inc. (www.centurisoft.com). CenturiSoft specializes in unified communications with integrated e-mail, fax and voice. Centurisoft provides all the features of stand alone systems at a fraction of the cost. Coliance will co-locate the network in Broadwings Network Operations Center (NOC) in Austin, Texas. Coliance is currently marketing the latest release of its "USB Phone" product, a handset device designed to plug into the USB port of a personal computer and deliver traditional telephone clarity and quality while utilizing the cost savings associated with placing calls via the internet.

Most importantly, I want some details on the RTI settlement. Yahoo! board member mentioned that VPER no longer has access to any VOiP tech as part of that settlement. Could that really be true? Last PR simply stated all matters were resolved.

I'm starting to put Farid on my "who would like to have lunch with?" list simply to have the chance to ask questions face to face.

So, we have $10M in financing for the green key thing way back when that we haven't heard anything about in several years, and then we plan to buy a $6M office space in Dubai. And we have projected $100M in projected revenue for FY11 (see above). Wouldn't it be nice to see some no-shit numbers for once instead of projections and plans? FY11 ends Sept 30, 2011?

I'm quite interested in others' opinions.
