Your theory on the PPS is valid but at the same time flawed. Your point may be taken in context with OTC or pink sheet stocks that have lots of hype but no salable product. At this stage, the PPS, whether restricted or not will not make a dent in the EPS. If you want to compare scams, look up NTFX or GS, their balance sheets are as close to fraud as any resonable investor who does their research can contrive of. What are their price per share and market caps? Astounding!
