Yea that is definitely a hard hit. This is exactly what happened to a stock I traded one time long ago. I had to accept a huge loss and move on. I later looked back and was glad I sold, as the stock did go even lower and then dried up significantly.

You as a trader, have to make that call. No one can tell you when to buy or sell unless they guarantee to cover your loss or you share your profit with them :P
