it's fairly clear, in my opinion, that this PPS is being brought down by 1 or more market makers. I don't think there is as much dilution as we think, although that AS raising does bite at my credibility talking here... just the way I see shares moving around the bid and ask. they question is WHY? and why weren't they doing it for that long period in the mid teens...

we'll see. a run is certainly in the cards... but to where? well, no chance $1 here4
