wade re THK. Lawsuit is recent. Price slide has been for several months so I don't think lawsuit is the primary reason for slide. I think someone that got bought out has been selling to collect their money. I still think there is good potential. As far as the basis for the lawsuit, I don't know enough about the technical advantages or disadvantages of Kowabunga but maybe it was just the short time frame for the cutoff that caused THK to sue. Maybe they need time to fully convert their customers. It's likely that they don't plan on using their competitor's software for long.
