Agreed for sure but you can bet the WWE is going to put some averting muscle behind it to be a big tier 2 specialty Channel/Network and that looks very similar to what the UFC was planning with G4.

It will be interesting to see how Vince plays this as I see it and I think he believes this meant to be a huge offensive maneuver for them in maintaining and/or developing market buy and interest whether he wants to actually say he is competing directly or indirectly with the "Sports" offerings specifically the combat sports demographic as an entertainment offering or not and to some degree they all are Entertainment no matter what your want to classify them as.
