ms123, Zecco (Pension Securities) is one of the hardest companies to deal with for penny stocks. They only trade DTC eligible stocks online, otherwise you must go through a paper (costly) transaction.

The worst part is that they arbitrarily change this list quite frequently and according to the attached link has something to do with the volume of a given stock.

Bottom line, you should ACAT your share for no cost over to a more reputable company. VGPR has nothing to do with your inability to trade their shares. Hope that helps.
