I might be crazy, but I believe the private placement capital is fairly sizeable for Mr. Briscoe to give Sagebrush an "irrevocable option" for "ALL" of the North Pipes breccia pipes. (of course we will have a minority stake in the newly formed company Newco)

I then think Liberty Star Uranium and Metals will use this capital infusion in the company to BRING ALL other projects into further exploration and drilling.

I may be crazy - but then again - I may just be right.
