There most certainly are executives at KBLB. They have a CEO, President and Director and those positions are held by Kim Thompson. The SEC does not seem to have a problem with this....why do you?

Well that all depends if they are short term or long term goals. I am sure they are working on the short term goals which will pave the way for the long term goals.
