I think that this may be the turning point.
There seems to be have been some trouble with the Albanian contingent, slowing down the development of the project. But from what I can glean from the info released, it seems to have now been resolved.
I think one final push from this very inexperienced board, and they should be able to bring this home.

Lots of dumping of shares though. Be interesting to find out why this happened.
