Blame the CEOs for dilution?

Blame the people who feasted on the convertible debt issuances, then dumped their shares into the market all the while touting what a great buy QASP was.

Blame the people who tolerated no one coming on to this board who expressed the thought that perhaps QASP might be a share selling scam, while dumping their own debt wrap obtained shares into the market.

Blame the people who repeatedly warned that flippers of QASP were going to be sorry, while dumping their own discounted shares into the market.

Blame the people who concocted a story that no one else could sell their QASP shares and still participate in a fairy tale share swap/private placement which they touted while continuing to dump.

Oh but wait! That would be blaming the hero!!
