I know that I'm not very smart when it comes to the stock market, but I thought a GLOBAL LOCK meant know one could trade. So if I'm right how are ZECCO, FIDELITY ETC allowed to trade while we here in U.S. sit here like zombies and have know control while they get to play with the stock? Again I probably don't know what the crap I'm talking about, but damn it just don't seem fair at all.
