Mr. Honig commented, "We are poised to take full advantage of the current depressed asset prices in the uranium market and we are very excited that the creation of a new public Company will help our shareholders realize value from the Company's uranium assets." That is fine for Sagebrush shareholders. What about LBSR shareholders ? Where is Mr. Briscoe on this point ? How will this create value for LBSR SH. We need more details.
