Not so much push it down but keep it down. As i informed you and the rest of the people on yahoo and i-hub, this is a shortable stock now, and as long as the PPS stays low I do not have to cover my margin account! This is why the shorting was done at 6 censt and now 5 cents instead of 12 cents. As long as I keep this under 23 cents I will not have to cover, and based on the lack of shareholder commitment and sticktoitiveness here, there is little chance of this ever happening. In addition the CEO has all but decoupled the PPS of the common stock, from the underlying asset SWK!! If you are buying this stock you habve no idea how much of SWK you actually get, but I bet it is way less than you can even imagine!!

in 18 month this thing will have 3 or 4 hundered million shares outstanding on the way to 750,000,000. the PPS will be under a 1/2 penny on the way back to 0.0001, and my 18 cent short position will look damn good!!!

couch you know that this thing has gone from $1086.60 to 5 cents in the last decade, and the CEO rips you a new one, everytime you question his decisions!! Only hope here is for MM tio step down, and we all know that is never gonna happen!!
